Description
Butterfly Kyodai is a solitaire mahjong and connect puzzle game. It’s free and best to play! Can you solve every Mahjong Butterfly puzzle? Match and connect the kyodai butterfly tiles and have fun.
Tap on a butterfly wing and find a matching tile to combine it with. You can only match the tiles if a line can be drawn between them. This line may not run through any other tiles and may not make more than two ninety-degree turns. The only exception is two identical tiles that are lying directly next to one another: you can combine these without drawing a line.
Your aim in this mahjong connect game is to clear away all the tiles on the board before the blue bar at the top runs out. Making pairs will refill the blue bar slightly, buying you more time to complete each puzzle. Every level will become slightly more difficult, with hedges and other barriers creating extra challenges. How many puzzles will you be able to complete before the time runs out in this puzzle game?
Don’t forget that you gain two types of bonus item for every level you complete: hint and shuffle. When you get stuck, tap on the magic wand tile to reveal a possible combination you haven’t seen yet on the board. If you feel like you have run out of moves, you can also tap the shuffle icon to mix up all the remaining tiles on the board.

This is a game of matching the 2 halves of a butterflies' wings together to make a whole butterfly. It is a shame that there are not more different levels to complete. As that would be great, but it is still an enjoyable game, and I like to play it when I have a few spare minutes. I have completed all the levels many times but still like to play it when having to wait around for things.

ADDICTIVE!! I've been hooked on this game, for YEARS!! Each new cell phone, I always think...somethings missing!! Then I remember (yes, I'm slow 😆)...BUTTERFLIES!! Very interesting game. I wonder why focusing as the bugs flutter away seems to solve various head pain. I've just tried it, and it works on my head in butterfly relief. I'm not sure if It works off-line yet. It's a otherwise beautiful idea for a game.

Latest Update Ruined the Game. They took away some hints and rearranging bonuses, and now use of those bonuses takes away points. Sadly, I won't be playing it anymore, and I really liked the game, too.

I found the sound effect to be annoying and the graphics off-putting. When a pair of butterfly wings joins with the frantic sound of flapping bird wings, the butterfly goes to the edge of the screen and leaves a ghostly imprint of its body. The ad experience isn't terrible, they tend to activate occasionally when I used a power-up. HOWEVER, the game doesn't pause, so the timer is running down while you're stuck in a mandatory ad.
