Absolute wonderful Staff, and they are always hard working to make sure you get everything that you need in a timely and respectful manner! Amazing hard work they do every day! The only thing I wish you could add is automatic notifications if the meds. Have been filled, notify by text or phone call when it has been completed or show somehow that the prescription has been filled or of there were problems filling it for us to notify y'all by phone. Please that would be really awesome.

App works great, does exactly what it is supposed to do. But for me, it is a lot of extra steps to get my medicine. It is a lot easier just to pick up the phone, call the drugstore, and give them my prescription numbers. They will have the scripts ready in less than an hour usually; whereas this takes until the next day.

The pharmacist steps way over his boundaries and does illegal activities. Refuses medication that my doctor prescribed not because of a medical problem, but due to my criminal history. And sent my doctor a copy of my criminal background... Very unprofessional as well against the law.... Apalachicola store pharmacist is discriminating due to my pass which has nothing to do with my medication. Now my doctor has denied me because of his actions...

Still the same in 2022. Not worth using to request refills. Doesn't have a filter to see only active or current prescriptions. Show everything from beginning of time confusing to use. Current error check network when submitting refills as not connected but only when you refill. Nothing has been fixed in 3 years of complaining. Sad...
