I made payment for electricity and was kept pending for a whole day. I resorted to using my bank directly and got the token almost immediately. Fast-forward to today, I sent a mail to ask for a refund of my money and 'miraculously' it gets through, but I am given only 23 units for 2,000naira for a band that doesn't give us light more than 4 hours a day on the average! This is particularly annoying because the 3k I bought through my bank app gave me 49.77 units. So, dear buy power, What's up?

I can't recharge more than 1k airtime. I can't recharge my DSTV account with the amount I want to, it's not most for me to recharge woth the exact amount, sometimes you have a balance in the account...

I made a call and was told I was next in line, I had to hold that call for more than 12 minutes I know the average in call time by your agent la is not more than 2 minutes, I don't know why I was made to hold a call for more than 12 minutes, and I ended up dropping the call. All I'm saying is that the call waiting period is too long, that's bad customer relations

Your system is corrupted by old thieves that can manipulate your system and nothing is being done about them. You disconnected your live chat in the app, so you don't have to solve issues like usual, now for about 27 days now my meter have been on temper and just a temper code can't be provided. Your services are poor.
