Terrible 😱 no way to transfer back ones money if no service. Your network issues as pertain BUC LIGHT last for 2 days straight 😑 and it's so annoying... A customer's money will hang in their till you are done with whatever maintenance you are working on... So bad, if you know very well no network please keep same energy and don't accept the money, kindly reverse it back 🤚 to avoid a customer yelling for their money to be paid back with your full day network problem

I purchased unit and I was unable to get my token. I tried calling the customer service waited on the cue for over 30 mins and still unable to talk to a rep. Chatted and still no response. They have a very poor customer relationship management

I'm disappointed with your service. My last 5k I deposited it to You’re app to buy electric I bought electric it failed and the money has not been refunded to me.
