I'm so tired of it not responding and then crashing when browsing to a certain point in a tab. I just want to see jewelry only on a sale tab, and I have to browse the entire tab to hunt for jewelry that's on sale. Make a separate tab for the jewelry that's on sale! I'm tired of tapping on an item and then when I go back to the tab I'm browsing having to scroll a lot to find where I left off. I often give up and look on the website. I wish they would put their sales on the website.

The fabric is cheap, snaps don't snap, Jewry is poor quality, they don't allow refunds only 10 day credit if it's not sale. Worst support team. I shopped for a year then they blacklist you if you have a problem on an item. When you try to get help they expect you to jump threw 7 steps with photos and emails. Items look much better on camera. Not as pictured

Shopping here is a risk. I order a TON of items from this boutique as well as others and rarely return anything. I recently purchased a $44 tank top that did not fit. I tried it on for maybe 1 minute and returned it the next day. I received an email that my item was not eligible for return because it smelled of perfume (implying I wore it for a day which I did not as it doesn't fit). I don't even wear perfume. Now I get to either be out the item or pay $5 to ship it back to me.
