It is very disgusting app! Before the subscription I was getting an average 3–4 calls per day pertaining for the subscription but after subscription evey thing was totally changed! They started ignoring. Even after 1 month of payment done I was unable to get a single call from the mentor side There was no sign of books at all. Even the delivery of tab was delayed too much.It's very annoying!

Maybe 4 or 5 year ago I log in BYJU and then some people keep calling me and telling me to take free classes so as there wish I did but after that I delete byju in some days, but they keep calling me and adding some little lie that my school principal consider him to tutor me, when I know my principal will never do because there alot of students, Even they start calling my parents asking to learn in byju, do u think I don't have a teacher in my house? , The call from byju is keep disturbing me
