When petrol was 260 PKR per liter, the ride rates were the same—and now that it’s 370 PKR per liter, the rates are still unchanged. Companies keep increasing their commission, but drivers are still being paid around 10 PKR per kilometer. I’ve stopped working because I can’t afford to operate at a loss. 😐"

Dear Team, I would like to request a review of the current commission structure and policies. 1. *High Commission*: You are charging 20% commission, but we are not receiving proper facilities in return. 2. *Cancellation Charges*: When a customer cancels the ride, we are the ones who have to bear the charges. 3. *Unfair Fares*: The fares being paid to us are also not fair. Please focus on providing all service facilities to the customer, while we are the ones paying all the charges.

Commission is too high and extra charges plat form fees aur insurance k pese bhi boot zada hote hain aur customer tao yehi samjgta hai rider ko mil rahe hain fare k pese. Aur insurance aur plate form main se bhi commission deduction karte hain. Aur galti se ride accept ho jaye phir humane cancel kar di tao commission reverse karne ka concept nhi hai.

U people are taking 25%+ commission on deliveries and 10%+ on passenger rides. On top of that, you are adding extra charges in the name of insurance and platform fees. Have some shame! Riders are already struggling because of fuel costs, and you’ve made things even worse with this kind of exploitation. Many riders in Lahore have already stopped working with Bykea because of this.work on your app and work ethics.
