App is easy to use, but it is limited in what banking can be done.

Worst mobile app I had to use for banking. Can't remember my login ID, alway ask to verify my devices, tells me to login online before I can log in to my phone, customer service can't verify who I am when I call without giving my life biometric numbers. Inland bank sold out their customers to a useless company.

No transaction detail on the transaction list, you need to click through each transaction to see what each transaction is for. Navigation buttons (back button on phone) do not work, so you need to click on the arrow at top of page making site navigation painful. Possibly worse than the old bad byline phone app.

This app has one job for me, and it doesn't do it well. Half the time it cannot find the endorsement on the back of my check even though I'm taking a picture in good lighting and writing the exact same thing that I've confirmed with the bank needs to be written on the back of each check.

Awful.....constantly forgets company and user ID, states invalid username when it's not, invalid password errors when not, etc., etc.
