Pointless app. I read the reviews but thought "surely it can't be that bad?" Oh it certainly is. All it shows is a route planner, departure board and c2c's latest tweets. Can't access account features and to purchase a ticket you get transferred to their website in your default browser. What is the actual point of this app? Useless.

The app does not have the smartcard features as advertised, such as delay repay. It used to be on the app, but now proudly states it has removed it and kept it on the website. Features like this should have stayed on the app, or if removed to be readded they should state that feature will be readded.

Very buggy app. Examples; fails to display departures for more than one
journey (one will be blank); once you've used it for a bit, it gets
confused - prevents you from adding another journey because it thinks
you've entered identical departure and arrival stations when you haven't.
User interface doesn't flow; clickable areas too small. Doesn't embrace the
Android style of doing things. And what on earth is the "Check Live
Information" link on the "Journey Details" page about??? ... that's what
the app is for isn't it??
