Keeps saying no internet and doesn't update results despite being connected to home Wi-Fi with access to internet. Other than that repetitive issue it's effective for daily results when working

Not sure if I trust this app. I read recently that the app is not full proof when scanning for winning tickets & can malfunction & give a false negative. So why have a scan function if it's not trustworthy? Makes me wonder if maybe tickets I've scanned in past might have been winners & told me wrong.

I have tried logging into the app several times on my Samsung Galaxy S22 when I get the 2nd Chance entry if I want to scan it. I do update my phone frequently through the Play Store, and I have changed my password several times on my mobile, and always getting the error message that my password is wrong. When I log into the CA Lottery website, there's no issue.

Horrible! Every month it kicks me out, and I have to sign back in. Only by then I don't remember my password, so I have to create a new password every month. The catch? Can't be a password previously used either.
