Not bad, but lacks many features: Access to all accounts (corporate), Currency conversion (interbank), Arbitrary payments' acceptance, Credit rating, Budgeting, Cryptocurrencies, Investments, stocks and derivatives operations, Concierge service etc.

Very unstable and unfriendly application. The server is down all the time. I had to re-enter the payment data many times during the day. The reply of the bank was - we do not see any IT issues reported. Off course the issues are not reported in case the server is down and/or you have not embedded failure reporting properly

Very unreliable, card to card transactions fails with error. Exchanged euros to my UAH card and money was taken from my euro card, but took 5 days to arrive to my UAH account. Cannot trust this app anymore as reliable service, already faced embarrassing moments when the service doesn't work.

Unstable service. When u send transaction, its very big risk that your transaction will be blocked. When ask why - you never get an answer.

Locked out! Always Locked out! This system couldn't be any worse. Multiple hours trying to get in. System Errors, System failures. It's not ready for Banking! Beware....

Upd. 2022. 1) Ordering digital card inside the app is in forever development. 2) Customer identification / data verification can't be done inside the app. What's the point you this item in the app at all.
