App designed JUST for pickup orders, not for in store. There is no option when ordering to enjoy the order in store. If you ORDER in store, there is no provision for using any rewards doubt accrued. There it's also no way to scan ask in store receipt to collect rewards points. You have to go through a 4-step process that involves entering a long, nonsensical order number. It also involves entering the order total, but doesn't warn you to use the total BEFORE a charge card tip. Frustrating.

This would be a good app if I was able to order the same things that are offered at my local cabin coffee. For example, my husband only gets pumpkin palomino frappés, but I can't add flavor shots to the palomino frappés. This makes it, so I never use the app, and I end up waiting 20 minutes in line some days to get what I want. Pretty frustrating.

Please, please, please make it easier to claim point when purchasing in store! Have to enter the receipt location, date, order number & amount is ridiculous! Every time I try to enter the information it takes multiple tries. Other businesses either ask for a phone number, link a credit card, have a QR code to either scan at the counter from the phone or on the receipt. I shouldn't have to order online to have a simple coffee in the store just to get points.
