Ok I give 4 stars for simple 3 reasons: 1st: when u turn on the application u always have to go manually to the channels. No automatic start. 2nd: when ure watching a channel (ex nbr 80) and u press back to see the other channels lists, it always takes u back to the first channel on menu which u have to go again to the desired nbr. 3rd: when u tune to OSN english channels, u always have to go to the arabic subtitle menu and press it in order to get the Arabic subtitle which is not so practical

The 8 out of 10 times it doesn't work, I'm subscribed to the sports channels, and it does not load to watch.

Very frustrating experience; money wasted. Very buggy app that fails to stream most of the time. Completely useless for watching football games; 90% of the times it does not work when you need it.

The worst service ever, I subscribed few months ago, I paid for the installations, equipments and 1 year in advanced, I paid more than 200S without receiving a good signal since day one, I called the call center many times, u wait too long, they charge you for your call and at the end they ask you to pay $20 in order to their onsite team visit you after 3 working days to check their installations and their equipments, and above all that they refuse to cancel the service and refund your money !!!

The Cable vision+ app is not clearly differentiated from the Cable vision app in particular when it comes to renewal online and payment by card. There is no fixed date for renewal, rather it is 30 days of service. So we are out of service one day each 2 months. More effort should be done to give Cable vision+ its own identity.
