I have a checking account with this bank and had a personal injury ACH payment post to my account, They lied told me it would post clear immediately, 6 days later I have yet to get money from my account and not alone that I turned in all documents to the bank proving that my deposit was legitimate and tried to get money from my account with a branch Clinton Ave nor only was I treated like a criminal who had done absolutely nothing wrong they issued a fraud alert known differently.

Too many hoops to jump to check on my account. Bumps you out to log back in for every request you make. Sometimes it takes several tries just for one action.
