It was a great tool, but the app has been modified where now a user must have more than 6 major health issues so my husband no longer is qualified...actually it's more important to us that he only has 2 well controlled health issues and can apply the education he gained from 'my health' pt education.

Terrible, this is the worst app. It isn't helpful, and it is supposed to redirect you to a website, but usually it does nothing.

What is the point of the app if it's just going to keep sending me to the website, which itself is not all that functional. The app takes several minutes to load every time I try to click on a link, then it ends up sending me to the website. The website was not recognizing the activities I had saved to my Garmin, and it would not allow me to disconnect and reconnect. All the work I had done in November was lost, and I had to find other ways to earn points to get my healthcare incentives.

Absolutely garbage. Want to do something in the app it asks to open on the web, go to web, and it wants to open in app. There is NO customer service for help. I synced my Fitbit, and it recorded my steps for one month. Now it says my device is not synced, and there is no way to reset, unsync, reconnect or do anything to fix it. Contact customer support? Nope! There is none. I don't want to enter my steps manually, the whole point of my Fitbit is so not automatically tracks my movement.
