Simply does not work. When making an order, I have to minimize the app in order to authorize the payment in my banking app. Minimizing the app immediately cancels the payment and starts checkout from the beginning.

I use this app to buy my son food or snacks for school using the delivery option. Multiple times now they have delivered the wrong order, delivering cheaper versions of what I bought, or simply not delivering at all. I've emailed the company, messaged them on insta and Facebook, only once have I gotten a response from them saying they will refund my money but the money was never refunded. On top of this bad service I've been receiving, they are really expensive and the quality of the food is bad

Most frustrating useless app ever. You can't even log a technical request. It just deletes. Unfortunately my sons school uses this app. Every time I order I have to do it twice despite going through verification on my bank. But today I have tried ordering several times. Each time I authorize it says successfully but zip happens on the app. And there is no other way to pay when ordering in advance. I hate this app!
