For the most part, this app is wonderful. I use it often. However, make sure to double-check your location to pick up the food. I accidentally entered an order for a location that is 45 minutes away from where I am, and I had to call to cancel the order. I wish there was a cancel button on the app. Customer service was really nice though, and they were able to cancel our order before it was made.

EDIT: Issues have been resolved. **** After failing to order at least twice (and having an issue redeeming a rewards credit), I decided to give it another try after a few months to take advantage of a discount. Order went through without an issue, and the food was ready exactly when the app said it would be. Everything was correct and the food was good. I'm changing it to a 3 * rating for now, but am I willing to give them another chance in the future.

Horrible App! I can't log in using my Facebook account. I can't log in using my email. I can't reset my password either because I keep getting an error. So I figured I'd create a new account and just give up all the rewards I've earned (basically bending over and taking it), but I can't even create a new account. I just get errors. So not only did I lose all my rewards, now I have to jump through hoops just to order online as a guest, and I don't even get freaking points for the order!

Do you enjoy ordering food, getting charged for it, and then having your order randomly canceled? Then the Café Rio app is perfect for you! This app can and will glitch at the exact right moment to make ordering a maddening, anger inducing ordeal. And a refund? You might get it back in a week, if you call customer service. Avoid this app at all costs!!
