I've used Cafu for refueling for over 2 years and have been very pleased with their service. Best way to skip the queue at petrol stations and save time for the same price plus the service fee of AED 2.95. Very user-friendly, ad-free app with the option to choose the time slot and exact location for the refuel. You can easily track the order from checkout to arrival. They've always arrived on time and take barely a few minutes to refuel.

Cafu recently started charging 3aed of "service fee" per fuel order. This does not make you any more "same price as the petrol station" and also make your reward system useless as we end up paying more per month even with the rewards cashback. I no longer find it feasible and that was extremely disappointing especially after filling my wallet with 600aed as per ur current promotion

I'm extremely disappointed with Cafu's delivery service, which has deteriorated significantly over the past two weeks. Whenever I try to book a fuel appointment, they offer time slots 24 hours or even 2 days later! This is completely illogical, as users like myself rely on Cafu for emergency and convenient services within a few hours. Unfortunately, I've lost trust in Cafu and will be taking my business directly to the petrol station from now on.
