On the Capture screen you name the moment, choose a stone shape for Stretch, Breathe, Gratitude, or Hydrate, and optionally add a one‑line feeling before placing the stone with a satisfying drop. Your full Journals tab lists every ritual in order, each rendered with its category hue and a hand‑etched title for an analog feel.
