★★★★☆Hugo Strange· May 27, 2026
Good banking app which works mostly as expected. Certain processes like changing your phone number is harder than it should be, but for everyday it's pretty solid. I hope they can expand on the features in the future and rework some of the internal processes to make them possible only in the app such as changing the associated phone number.
★★★★☆Carlos Mota· Apr 24, 2026
In the last few weeks there have been major improvements to how the app looks and behaves. The mess of non-dismissable banners are gone and most pages load in an acceptable time. The menu organization is a lot better too. It's not perfect yet, but it's going in the right direction.
★☆☆☆☆Pedro Ginga· May 30, 2026
App is slow, takes a solid 2 minutes just to get into the app, even when I can get in the app, some sort of bug happens where it says that I have no cards available, customer service sucks, and I don't have access to half of my account with this app, I wish I could give it zero stars
★☆☆☆☆Pedro Ribeiro· May 14, 2026
Just to update, its worse and worse, worst bank app ive seen so far. It's increasingly worse with the years. Absolute trash, always with problems. And only gets worse with "updates".
★☆☆☆☆Ricky A· Apr 24, 2026
App message constantly appearing: "Neste momento não é possível ceder. Por favor, tente mais tarde." This app is a problem, I'm not able to access my account during the day for some odd reason and unable to authorize any online payments when I urgently need.
★★☆☆☆Diogo Miguel Cunha· Jun 7, 2026
The app is a bloated mess, resulting from an amalgamation of options and functionalities, spread across a disjointed layout and sub-sub-sub-sub-menus.
★☆☆☆☆Gui Costa· May 4, 2026
The most recent update made the UI much easier to use, however there are still problems with notifications and acess times. If I need to access my pending tasks it takes me a solid minute or two to navigate the menus. I do not know if this is a backend or frontend issue, but it needs to be addressed. Edit: it has become even worse. Nothing works anymore
