Good banking app which works mostly as expected. Certain processes like changing your phone number is harder than it should be, but for everyday it's pretty solid. I hope they can expand on the features in the future and rework some of the internal processes to make them possible only in the app such as changing the associated phone number.

In the last few weeks there have been major improvements to how the app looks and behaves. The mess of non-dismissable banners are gone and most pages load in an acceptable time. The menu organization is a lot better too. It's not perfect yet, but it's going in the right direction.

The app is a bloated mess, resulting from an amalgamation of options and functionalities, spread across a disjointed layout and sub-sub-sub-sub-menus.

Your app is not very intuitive. It's missing an option to use previous payments and repeat them. Instead, I need to every time add IBAN to the repeated monthly transactions. I can't find to save it to favorites either or create a list of contacts where I could easily make those payments. It freezes when doing login in, and also I added fingerprint authentication that never appears an option ever since.

The most recent update made the UI much easier to use, however there are still problems with notifications and acess times. If I need to access my pending tasks it takes me a solid minute or two to navigate the menus. I do not know if this is a backend or frontend issue, but it needs to be addressed. Edit: it has become even worse. Nothing works anymore

Just to update, its worse and worse, worst bank app ive seen so far. It's increasingly worse with the years. Absolute trash, always with problems. And only gets worse with "updates".

Every damn update breaks something, but in this latest actually loses functions. There's bugs detecting saving accounts in some of the menus that display the account lists, and it's not possible to transfer from the saving to a normal account. It's like there's no QA testing in this, or the QA is reserved for UI/UX and not the backend which is the most important part, specially in such a sector as Finance application. Either fix or revert this version asap
