CalcNote: Calc Log & Folders

Ever finished a calculation and then thought, "wait — how did I get that number?"

A regular calculator throws the steps away the moment you tap "=". Even if you copy the result into a notes app, a few days later you can't remember how you reached it. CalcNote fixes exactly that.

CalcNote is a calculation-history notebook that saves not just the result, but the entire expression you typed. Receipt totals, household budgets, freelance quotes, travel costs in another currency, splitting the bill with friends — keep every calculation neatly in folders and pull it back up anytime.

■ Save the expression with the result
"38000 ÷ 4 = 9500" — the whole expression stays right above the result. Every time you tap "=", the calculation stacks up as a card, so the reasoning is obvious even weeks later. It's a world apart from jotting down only the answer.

■ Organize with folders, tell them apart by color
Create folders like Budget, Renovation Quote, Currency, or Group Split and sort your calculations into them. Give each folder a color to recognize at a glance, or just drop a calculation into the Unfiled bucket — it stays tidy either way. Labels are optional, so simply filing a calculation already keeps things organized, no naming required.

■ Money-safe, accurate math
Calculations are precise, with no floating-point errors — large amounts and decimals stay exact. You can set the rounding precision yourself, so quotes, settlements, and bookkeeping math are something you can trust.

■ Fast search, even as it piles up
Even with dozens or hundreds of saved calculations, find any of them with a single search. Search by expression, by label, or by the resulting number — you'll never lose "that one calculation" again.

■ Export / Import
Export your entire history to a single file and import it back. When you switch phones or back up, carry every calculation you've collected with you.

■ Light / Dark theme
Easy on the eyes in bright or dark surroundings. It follows your system setting automatically, or you can lock it to light or dark.

■ Who it's for
· Anyone who often adds up groceries or household spending
· Self-employed people and freelancers calculating quotes, costs, and margins
· Travelers working out trip expenses by exchange rate
· Anyone splitting a dinner or group bill
· Students calculating and recording figures for assignments or experiments

CalcNote is free and ad-supported. A single in-app purchase removes ads permanently. There's no sign-up, and your calculation records are stored only on your device by default, so there's nothing to worry about with your privacy. Korean and English are supported.

Stop re-typing the same calculation. CalcNote remembers the expression — not just the answer — for you.
