Calculator: Notes and History

Calculak (Calculator: Notes and History) is a free calculator with notes and history for anyone tired of losing important numbers and wanting to calculate faster than ever.

Add notes to every calculation, find the right calculations in history, and create your own custom buttons for one-tap repeat calculations.

📝 NOTES FOR CALCULATIONS
Every calculation can be saved with a text note. No more wondering what the number “14,000” meant in history — you’ll immediately see: “Lunch, 2 guests, tea.”

📚 FULL HISTORY WITH SEARCH
All your calculations with notes are saved on a separate screen. Search by notes, dates, or amounts to instantly find the calculation you need. It’s a calculator with history that actually remembers context.

🔘 CUSTOM QUICK BUTTONS
Create your own buttons with fixed values. For example, “Hourly rate — 1500”, “Service call — 500”, and “Materials — 2000” — and one tap adds the needed amount to the current calculation. Perfect for repeating operations: estimates, services, receipts, hourly pay, purchases, and cost calculations.

WHO IT’S FOR
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

• Freelancers and tradespeople — calculate an estimate from an hour of work, a service call, and materials. Create a button once — then just tap.

• Small businesses and service providers — a price list of repeating items. Each item is its own button. Calculations take seconds.

• Food service and event planning — cost per person, rent, service. Calculate an order without re-entering numbers.

HOW IT WORKS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

You’re calculating an estimate: 4 hours of work and a service call.

1. Create custom buttons “Hourly rate — 1500” and “Service call — 500”.
2. Add a note: “Faucet replacement, 4 hours, service call”.
3. Calculate in one tap. The result is saved in history with your note.

A week later, find this calculation in history and remember all the details. No notebooks, no screenshots, no “what was that number?” moments.
