The app works but is not too intuitive. It took me 10 minutes to figure out how to remove a number from my block/black list.

Listed permissions by this developer seem much less than what my equipment is showing: "full network access," which the developer seemingly did not disclose on Google Play. There may be a disconnect somehow in use of terms, I cannot know, but just to be safe, I must uninstall immediately.
