Comments on Call & Video from Santa: PNP for Android

★★★★☆ Julie Adams · Dec 26, 2025

My daughter loved her personalized video, my only complaint was that the Santa in the video is different looking from the Santa we took pictures with. The Santa in our photos looked much more realistic. I was hoping my daughter wouldn't notice, But other than that this is awesome, and I would recommend for sure! Thank you!

★★★★★ Niki Romero · Dec 21, 2025

I have used this app since 2017 and purchased the magic pass since 2019 as well as the products they sell to go with it, and we have always loved it. I refer it to all my friends. My kids love seeing Santa videos year around

★★★★★ Lynne Brewer · Jan 13, 2026

It was a lovely surprise to receive this video, I thought it was only for Christmas, Cooper loved it, the only thing that would be nice, if you could change the photo.

★☆☆☆☆ Dan hall · Jan 15, 2026

Purchased a premium 10-year magic pass within the app, the first few years was fine but this year the app no longer shows premium, and I have to pay for each video. Reached out to support and 3 weeks later still no reply via app or email, multiple messages and nothing back. On top of this 2 years running the santa call timing is off and santa is talking on the phone and on the video simultaneously, ruined the magic and nearly caused issues. Be careful before buying any long term passes.

Used to be a fun app, now It's nothing more than another money grab. Tried to use there "free trial" for a video, and it only plays about 10 sec of the video before it tries to make you sign up. DO NOT USE
