Even though the experience has been fine up until now, after getting a new device (Asus Rog phone 7 ultimate) I stopped receiving notifications. All options are correct exactly as they were on my previous device, but I am not receiving any notifications. I do not know if it is a problem of compatibility as the device is brand new. It is making it extremely difficult as I cannot work, and I use call bell for work.

It worked for 2 seconds. Then no messages anymore. Got support, very slow and after filling out your email a million times while you are logged in already on your acount. Also, when going through the acount the chat doesn't seem.to stay open. Annoying. After 5 days the I finally received messages in the app but still no notification popup. Which is the point. 2 days later trial was ended. Great, was not a success story I might say let alone paying for it. Not on top of it.
