Continuous announcement of caller's name is not working. Before, it was perfect. Also, when sms received, it doesn't announce the sender name although setting is ok

Does what it says it will do. Settings are reasonably intuitive. 2 gripes: Can only announce names written in the few common languages that are included by default. Is there any way to link to, say, Google Text-to-Speech to announce names in other languages? …&… On WhatsApp voice calls, will often identify the caller as the name of the previous caller rather than this one. This is a fundamental problem. I have written to Backtracking Technologies but no update has come that fixes this problem.

I'm facing an issue with the battery full charge notification. It isn't notifying me when the battery reaches full charge. I've checked the settings for the charge percentage, but I still don't get a notification. Otherwise, the application is working fine.

The app doesn't link with the Contact list and announces all nos as an Unknown number. Gives irritating & Repetitive announcement for SMS, that SMS is running in the background. Didn't find the app to my satisfaction.
