Portion sizes I'm liking the app so far, but I can't seem to find where it states the portion size for each food. Is it 250 calories per 100g or per 350g?
★★★★★
Nice & Simple Use a weight scale which has grams and a measuring cup which has millimeters. Example: if food has 400 calories, then 25 g is 100 cal, 50 g is 200 cal, 100 g is 400 cal, 150 g is 600 cal, etc. It's the same for millimeters. Thanks for the app!
★★☆☆☆
Missing important info. There is no quantification of size, volume etc. of the foods. Serving size in grams, ounces or thick or thin slices of bread etc. Unusable app without this necessary basic info
★★☆☆☆
Lt Don't know the quantity of each item. Is it 100 g? What is that? Grams? Should be by 1/2 cup or 1 cup serving size. Or, one each, or by ounces.
★★☆☆☆
Good idea but quantities are not indicated. One year ago they said they will and still not done. Even if it's for 100, one is supposed to compute manually for the quantity he needs?
