HOW IT WORKS

Three ways to log a meal:

• Photo. Point the camera at your plate. The AI breaks the dish into ingredients and estimates the weight of each one. Calories and macros come back as soon as the photo is processed.
• Text. Type "chicken breast with rice and salad" for the same estimate.
• Search. A food calorie database with calories and macros per 100 g.

Log your food whichever way fits the moment: scan a plate at lunch, type a snack on the go, look up a product at home. Track calories, count macros, keep a food diary.

You never get just a total: every result is a list of ingredients with grams and calories.

YOU CAN FIX THE PORTION

Estimating portion weight from a photo is the hardest part of counting calories, and most of the error comes from there. We do not hide that. In the meal card you can edit any line: change the weight, remove an ingredient, scale the portion up or down.

When the AI gets it wrong, you fix it in two taps instead of deleting the entry and counting by hand.

Kalzo estimates calories from a photo, it does not measure them. Simple dishes and clear portions are the easy part. Mixed home cooking is the hard one: oil, butter and sauce do not show up in a photo.

That is why every portion stays editable, and why we do not make the numbers look better than they are.

YOUR DATA

Your photo is sent for recognition and is not stored on our servers. Your food diary stays on your device, and you can delete the history – meals, weight, calorie logs – from Profile.

Kalzo starts with a 3-day free trial, then continues as a paid subscription that renews automatically until you cancel. The price and plan are shown in the app before you confirm, and you can cancel at any time. We send a reminder a day before the trial ends.
