I have been using this app to fuel up at Caltex petrol station since the start of BUDI95, with no issue. This morning, I went to the usual station, pumped petrol, and realized that the app DID NOT APPLY the BUDI95 subsidy, and charged me full price.

The app won't allow you to change phone numbers. Even after emailing them, the app still shows my old number and I can't link the app with my TNG now because of this. They insist on the email that my number has been changed when it still shows the old number on my profile in the app, and I can't link to TNG. Will delete the app and not refill in Caltex after claiming any remaining points. Seriously, other fuel apps are all better with the heat being the "S" one.
