CalTrac is a planner for your calorie intakes. Start by entering your age, gender, height, weight and a short question about your exercise habits. Get a smartly calculated Kcal target, an estimate of how many calories you should eat. Use CalTrac as your planner for items you can find the calorie intake per portion for, including any packaged food. View accurate statistics and get the facts about your habits so you can plan gradual goals using built in calculations that think about your health.
Current nutritional standards generalize us into the 2000 calorie diet and our purpose in this project is so both find where we might find ourselves in the personal calorie needs, and to create an application that puts this value in context with what we eat by portion count.

Recent changes: * Fixed a major issue with certain screen resolutions causing the app to crash. * Women can now tick a "pregnant" check during profile configuration to get a better measure of their needs. * An options pane has been added with a theme customizer.
