CalTrak helps you track calories, macros, hydration and activity on Android. Log food, build your own library, and follow your progress with a clear daily view and history charts.

Every feature is free. No account, ads or subscription is required. Optional one-time tips support development and unlock nothing.

CONNECTED TO ANDROID
• Connect to Health Connect with your permission to read workouts and activity, calculate a Calorie Burn Bonus, and write logged nutrition, weight and body fat.
• View steps and distance for imported Health Connect workouts: open Log, select the workout date, tap the imported exercise, then choose View details. Steps and distance appear when matching data is available; tap distance to switch miles and kilometers.
• Check your day with six home-screen widgets.
• Open frequent actions through launcher shortcuts and Quick Settings tiles.
• Choose a theme and app icon, with native Android controls throughout.

KEEP YOUR DATA PORTABLE
Your food log and history are stored on your device. Export and import JSON backups, including compatible CalTrak iPhone backups. Share a meal receipt or create a meal link when you choose.

Online search and AI features send the information needed for the request to CalTrak's service and its providers. Shared meal links retain the shared meal on the service for up to 30 days. Optional feedback is sent when submitted. Limited first-party usage events use a random installation identifier; Tip Jar analytics can be turned off in Settings. Google Play handles tips, and Google Maps provides workout maps when configured. Google Maps and the barcode-scanning SDK also process technical usage and diagnostic data, including identifiers. Nutrition and activity values, including AI results, are estimates. Check results before logging. CalTrak supports personal fitness and nutrition tracking; it is not a medical device and does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Recent changes:
Recipes and meals logged as one item now open to their ingredients, so you can change amounts, add or remove ingredients, or scale that entry.

AI estimates log identical items (like two eggs) as one item with the right count. Hydration follows your Metric or Imperial setting.

The AI disclosure now names OpenAI or Google Gemini, plus bug fixes.
