★★★★★ Love the mobile check deposit feature. Works fine on my Pixel 5 phone

★★★★★ CSB has been my bank for years, and remains so even after moving to the West Coast. Great customer service, super helpful and efficient employees, and this app is just as easy to use as their website. A+++

★★★★★ User-friendly overall, however the mobile deposit feature doesn't work a significant portion of the time. Won't read the check, won't line up, won't acknowledge that I did endorse it. Wish the mobile deposit feature would be improved, it's the only feature I feel is lacking, and it's really lacking compared to other mobile banking apps.

★★☆☆☆ This app is consistently crashing lately. I don't know what's going on with it, but it needs to be fixed. It's a serious problem for people using this banking app. I have never had so much trouble with my life. For the banking app as I am having with this banking app lately. Please fix it once and for all.

★★☆☆☆ Doesn't support face recognition on pixel 4 (Dec 2019). Still no support (May 2020). Still no support in November 2020. Still no support May 2021. Update Apr 2023; there was support for Android biometrics for a while but now appears to drop.

★★☆☆☆ Update: two years later the check deposit camera still sucks, often even worse. Come on, guys. Original Camera is bad Can't read amount, even on the bank's own checks. Sometimes can't read endorsement, even I'm felt tip pen.

★★☆☆☆ I stopped using the bank in 2017 due to poor customer service and unreasonable fees, and left a small positive balance on there because I didn't bother spending the effort to close and withdraw the balance. In 2019, they reported to ChexSystem that I allegedly owed them $65 for NSF and overdraft. I assume someone attempted to make a small charge to the account 2 years after I last accessed it and CSB charged 2 overdraft fees. No information on what happened was ever provided to me by CSB.
