Cambridge water is a good company, first time we have had a water meter, but very happy with it

Tried app after seeing it advertised on recent bills. Installed and run properly first time. Required my customer number, which was on my bill, and my existing online account password - all fine logging in. Was able to submit a meter reading and see my previous readings, and also change my payment method/details; and straightforward and easy to do. Good first impressions and usage experience.

So, I get a bill from Cambridge Water which makes no sense. Tried entering the app which gave a useless error message "oops. Something went wrong. Sorry." So, I uninstalled the app. Now Google Play tells me none of my devices, all Android 10 or above, are acceptable. Cambridge Water are owned by South Staffs Water which took six months to inform me that my details had been hacked. SIX MONTHS!

Error msg when logging in says I am not a web customer. Yet I can log in on the website. Rubbish app

Cambridge water tell you to use app to pay your bill. App does not allow you to pay your bill. Bills are and payments option on app is totally non-functional. Utter joke.
