It was a little confusing trying to make reservations with A Thousand Trails but overall it's a good app and I will keep using it.

No way to sign in or create an account, it fails saying it can't load that page try later or call a number, if able to access pw reset, says it sends email but never received ... You can't send feedback because it says install an email app... A Thousand Trails members that can't use it makes it worthless.

This app is the worst trying to make an encore reservation, in a park we have stayed at numerous times (reserved using the online website) with no trouble. This phone app. Lets you get as far as "select a camp site"! Then nothing, will not do anything. Exit and enter again, every time it asks if you're a thousand trails member, and you select, it asks for member ID, after entering back to the same select site prompt then nothing! Now I remember why I dumped this app when I first joined!
