Works great and institution solid I use card for online shopping to avoid fraud exposure great for daily tapping. Only fees are $3 reload fee (Can do $500/trans and $5k total I think for reloading) and $3 monthly acct maintenance.

Too many fees associated with the card, and they don't provide mobile payment (Google Wallet). There are better options out there for prepaid cards with fewer fees and mobile payment, such as Koho, Wealth Simple, PC Money Account. I requested a new card in the app on December 21, 2024, I never received my replacement card, and was told I can't close my account. I have a balance, and I can't access it. Do not use this useless card, it's just a scam and another Canada Post failure.

Worked well for about a month, then it stopped letting me load the card via E-transfer while still traveling overseas. Called the help line, told me to email tech support. Emailed support, told me to call the number. Absolutely useless system, do not rely on it

Half the transactions are not showing up!!!!! Can't make something that works, then don't make anything........ I'm making purchases and transactions are not showing up .....
