★★★★★ This WAS my favorite game, but since the most recent update, I am getting more frustrated with this game. I have been playing Canasta for over 40 years. I had always played in expert mode, but recently dropped back to intermediate mode just to win occasionally. In both modes, I feel my "partner" is often playing against me. Such as throwing away cards that we are collecting, even throwing when we have 5 or 6 built up, when the pile is frozen, and each of the opposing team have few cards left on hand so are not likely to pick up! More often I am finding the deals highly favor the opposite side, yet I have no wild cards or pairs. This occurs far more than the typical odds. Also I've run across numerous times when my "partner" picks up the pile and I know that several of a suite are in the pile that would give a Canasta when we need it because we're a thousand or two behind. Yet the cards are held for several more plays, then the other team wins, leaping ahead even farther while those cards that were held count against us. Since when, in a 4 player game, am I playing against 3 players??? Fix this game to be fair in its play!!! Actually, after seeing the reviews and realizing that these are common complaints and that developers haven't tried to remedy these complaints, I will probably remove this game from my device and Google library, and look for another developer's game of Canasta. Wish you guys would have listened and fixed these problems.. 😟

★★☆☆☆ Ok, a couple of motes on the ecpert level. 1. In four way play the player is saddled with an idiot for a partner. For instance the partner will meld a wild card as part of a grouping that needs no wild card, ignoring the fact that the wild card played could give the ream a canasta. It is as if the partner is playing alone. 2. In two way play, your opponent will often never draw from the discard pile, and all of a sudden go out. Many gumes after drawing less than 8 cards. I had this app last September and deleted it hoping the designers would make a fairer game...not going to happen...so after reinsrallung this a few days ago, i will again delete....Some people never learn...😣

★★☆☆☆ If you don't mind racist, Latino phobic, disgusting right wing hate ads for Trump and other right wing nuts, this is a decent game. If these kind of hate ads get you upset, stay away from this game. Not relaxing with this nonsense over a year ahead of the election.
