There are not many options for apps with Modern American canasta rules, and this app is on the way to being the go-to app. It is new and so it's not perfect yet, but I see good potential. I am enjoying playing and looking forward to future updates. I really want this app to be great because I love the Modern American Canasta rules, they are much more strategic and interesting compared to classic. I wish I could start my own table and invite friends, but right now if friends all pick the same skill level at roughly the same time, they will be matched to a table together. I've played this way, and it worked, but will be better when you can choose your own partners for a table. I would recommend the app for anyone trying to play a modern american ruleset, it is fun.

AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH MY PARTNERS IN THIS GAME THEY KEEP ON WASTING THERE WILD CARDS WITH ACES AND TWO PAIRS YOU NEED TO MELD AND MAKE A WILD CANASTA AND A NATURAL CANASTA WITH ACES. IF YOU PLAY LIKE THIS WITH A REAL PERSON IN A REAL GAME THIS IS NOT ALLOWED. WHEN I MELD I DO IT THE RIGHT WAY MELD WITH JOKERS AND ACES AND THREE OR FOUR OF A KIND THE RIGHT WAY BESIDE THAT WHEN I PICK THE PACK YOU GUYS DON'T LET ME FINISH PUTTING DOWN MY CARDS I DON'T INTERFERE, WHAT THE HELL WRONG WITH YOU GUYS

Too buggy. Emailed support a few times but didn't receive any feedback. 1. After the other team laid down their first melds, his partner went out with a special hand. 2. Cannot discard a closed canasta card - not on an empty discard pile. 3. Partner discards cards that would be useful to play on an existing meld to empty their hand to win the game. 4. Partner never goes out, even if they can.
