Just used it for the first time and it works great! It was actually cheaper than a cab would've been and arrived quick enough. I was eager to give the driver a positive rating but the ride was cancelled somehow right as I actually got into the vehicle. Still got where I needed to go quick and convenient, but there are a few minor technical issues with the app that I'm sure will improve with time.

This app is terrible! Every time I try to book a taxi, it just says "looking for drivers," and after waiting five minutes, there are never any drivers. I've tried it in the morning, daytime, and late at night, and it's always the same – no drivers available. Worst app ever. As customers, we expect these kinds of apps to work, especially when it's hard to find taxis late at night. Please work on your services. It's a humble request.

App does not work for some reason, when you press "enter your destination", you just get a whitish gray screen and nothing else shows, do you want me to walk to my destination by starring at the screen the whole time? I guess there needs to be some tweaks, it's just some minor fixes, but I guess this app will help out alot of people if it does do what it claims, kind regards.
