When you download a file its difficult because they only show up 1–2 days later for example when you want to download a PDF, DOCX, or PPTX it is allways on Google Docs. Can't be things be simpler like when you download a PDF, DOCX, or PPTX, can it show that indicates that the file is downloaded on PowerPoint, PDF app or MS Word not google files because especially when you are looking for that specific file that you want

Whoever came up with the idea to not allow students to delete or edit their original submission is not very smart 🤣 like if it's before the due date, there is no reason you shouldn't be able to delete or edit your first submission when you make a mistake, it's completely imbecilic
