Some issues with certain detailed services. There are certain things you can not do on the app. It looks like you should be able to, but the process doesn't work. You then must call and speak to someone to move forward with what you'd like to do. As for the basics (changing or redirecting funds, deposits, etc.) everything works perfectly.

The app is ok. It'll give you the basics on your 401k contributions, investments, beneficiaries, and loans. Most changes will need to be done through the website. I really wished they would enable a biometric login.

I forgot my password and tried logging in. Kept saying that my info was incorrect. Put in all my info, and it still said it's incorrect. Add a feature to reset login info. Thanks.

You have to manually log in every time, would be nice to use biometric log in. Also, the app doesn't work at all at certain times and just says "sorry try later".

It works, but it's not particularly good. Finding most information and navigating the app is hard to do. Pretty sure you have to download a PDF to find the tickers. I have yet to find normal information like average cost. Could be user error, but I can figure out where that information is on any other investment app, so I'd say it's more likely the app itself. It's also not pretty and doesn't show line charts or anything. I'm not sure why it asks me to set up biometrics, but doesn't let me use it
