I don't have this app, and I've never had it. IDK how to rait it, so I will be nice and do a four store, so I don't ruin their ratings by giving them one star, just because I have no idea where this came from. Lol

Have to enable fingerprint login every time. Some pages don't fit the screen correctly making it unusable on the phone, shouldn't even exist in the app if it doesn't work.

This company started handling my prescriptions this year through Baylor Scott White Insurance. This company is also the reason that I will not be renewing my policy with Baylor Scott White next year if they still use Capital RX. One question, four different representatives making promises of a resolution, a full Sunday on the phone, and I still have absolutely no clue what's going on with my prescriptions. Check first to see if this company is anyway involved with your prescriptions.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Pretty useless app if you can't even get past the login screen. When I log in, the screen just goes white, and I have to force close the app.

It's taking a while to log in. But once it does, it just leads to a blank white screen. Not sure how to fix. Or that's all the benefits I have.
