The app feels badly engineered; sometimes just opening it would take minutes (refreshing marketing copy, it feels like?). There is also no shortcut to directly access the QR code needed to enter the building. Which I imagine is the most common use case. Please add one. I dislike that the app seems to be treating me like a captive audience to feed adverts to. All I want is to enter the office as quickly and as efficiently as I can. I suspect most users feel similarly.

App trys to do too many things. Takes forever to load up when you're standing at the gantry trying to get the QR code to scan to access your building

This app used to work. But today, after I logged in with my phone number and OTP send via sms, the Capitate server would not stop sending me OTP every 1 to 2 mins (even after I've logged in). It's been 45 mins and I'm still receiving OTP sms. Please help? It won't stop.
