Capture360 is an AI notes taker and document scanner for meetings, lectures and everyday ideas. Record audio, follow live meeting transcripts and turn conversations into editable AI notes, summaries, meeting minutes and action items. Keep your notes and documents together in one workspace.

• Convert images to editable Word and Excel files, review the layout and make changes before saving.
• Export PDFs or images and organise documents in folders and subfolders.

MEETING TIME THAT FITS YOU
Start with a one-time 10-minute trial for eligible new accounts, including transcription and one analysis bundle per recording. Previously granted trial balances are retained.

Basic adds one meeting hour each week, with unused time carrying over up to four hours. Premium adds seven hours each week, carrying over up to fourteen hours. You can also buy two, four or ten meeting hours without a subscription. Purchased hours do not expire and can top up a subscription. Settings shows available and consumed trial, subscription and purchased time.

After the trial, additional meeting AI processing requires a paid allowance or purchased hours. Notes funded wholly by paid time keep ad-free reopening and exports. Trial-funded and mixed-funded notes retain video requirements for saved text viewing and exports. Recording and local playback remain available.

DOCUMENT PLANS AND ADS
Free accounts can save local documents, subject to device capacity. Eligible document tools offer explicitly chosen rewarded videos. Free users may see banners or occasional post-export full-screen ads; some AI document actions require a video per source page.

Basic and Premium remove ads and include PDF/signing tools, 5 GB of document cloud storage and 100 shared AI document pages per calendar month, including annual subscriptions. Unused document AI pages do not roll over. Meeting allowances are separate.

YOUR CONTENT AND CHOICES
Meeting audio and results stay on your device. Requested transcription and analysis process selected content using remote AI services. Document cloud sync is a separate storage choice. Optional app lock protects access; optional notifications report completed AI work. Choose English, Arabic, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese (Portugal) UI.

Obtain participants’ permission before recording. AI transcripts, speaker labels, extracted text and converted layouts can contain errors; review results before use. Internet is required for account services, purchases, cloud sync and AI. Back up important local files. Drawn signatures are visual marks, not certificate-based digital signatures.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Google Play displays localised prices and payment terms before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. The one-time meeting trial is separate from subscription billing.
