Last year I had the game, and you didn't have to pay for some of the stuff you have to pay for now. Also, 4+15 is not a good lock for purchases. If you made everything free then this would be a 5-star review

I purchased cars and parts. The cars are still locked. When I click on "unlock", it gives me an error saying "you already own this item".
