Keeps crashing every few minutes having to go through search multiple times for it to crash and close, seriously slow, even when version crashes every few minutes, never get to do a full search that I want to do

I was so disappointed with carfinance247. All paperwork was done I was told everything is fine. Payment made to dealer 19th July I am expecting to go and pick the car up 26th July. I called the dealer for pickup time that's when my nightmare started, dealer told me car sold to someone else that they have returned money to carfinance247 since last week that, they should, I called me to pass the information to me. I called carfinance247 about what I was told they said they are not aware.
