Car Launcher PRO — a launcher designed specifically for your car. Works on phones, tablets, and Android head units. It combines a convenient app launcher with a trip computer that tracks your distance over various periods (requires background GPS permission).

Car Launcher PRO uses the Android Accessibility Service to recognise edge swipe gestures ("Back", "Home", "Recent Apps") and convert them into system navigation actions. This is especially useful for devices that lack physical or virtual navigation buttons.
How we request access:
• At the first launch of the app, you will see a full-screen notice with a detailed explanation of why this service is needed, along with "Agree" and "Disagree" buttons. • If you agree, you will be taken to the gesture settings menu, where you can enable the feature. When you enable it, you will be redirected to the Android system settings for final activation. • If you decline, the app works without gestures, and the request will not be shown again until you manually navigate to Settings → Gestures → Gesture for returning to the home screen and tap "Enable gesture service". In that case, the consent dialog will appear again, and only after your active agreement will the system settings open.
What the app DOES NOT do:
• Does NOT read, analyse, or collect the contents of your screen, entered text, or personal data. • Does NOT change system settings without your knowledge. • Does NOT collect, store, or transmit your personal data or usage data.
Your control:
• Use of the service is completely voluntary. • You can disable it at any time in: Android Settings → Accessibility → Car Launcher PRO. • You can also re‑enable the service through the app settings, where your consent will be requested again.

I've been running this on my Px6 for the last couple of years, and it has been great, but now I have a new vehicle I require a Launcher that supports OBD2 for water temperature. Please add OBD2 support like AGAMA Car Launcher has done.

II have been using this app on my SUDHIR V72 fitted to my VW Ameo, an Au sum app to be used for car android, customizable with free and paid themes available, have been using it since last 3 years +, ditched the stock launcher and themes after using this, though it asks for permission now and again to be used as default launcher for which I would request the author to sort it out. Au sum app makes me love all the more.

Since the latest update gps keeps crashing about every minute in the app. In Google Maps gps continues, so it's a car launcher issue. Paid version.

Developer does not respond to emails. Having issues since last update. Keep getting error message that "car launcher needs GPS to display current speed and to record trip data. Would you go to System Settings and enable GPS now?" This happens every time Car Launcher starts. All permissions including location have been granted in settings. Also, Car Launcher no longer auto starts the last app used. For example, if Pandora was the last app used when shut down, Car Launcher use to auto start Pandor
