Permissions explanation:
READ_CONTACTS - Car Locator has the ability to "beam" your location to another user who has Car Locator installed. You can select the recipient of your location by using your contact list

I have tried numerous times to use this app when ice fishing. I use it in case of whiteout snow conditions on the way back in. I set the location of the car, head out onto the ice in full view of the blue sky (ie - no interference with GPS reception). I then check it on the way back in and almost invariably find it pointing me in the wrong direction by at least 90 degrees! One time when I actually did need navigational help due to whiteout, it was hopelessly useless, pointing me in circles. I found my way back using a different program. I cannot comment on how it works in city locations, but caution you DO NOT RELY ON THIS! IT DOES NOT WORK.

Never could locate Bluetooth feature doesn't work. If you forget to lock it manually good luck finding your car . Other apps work great and they are free
