This is my honest review of this app and its tech support / owner. I had a GREAT experience even though my initial order was done incorrectly by my own doing! I mistyped the serial number of my Chrysler radio when I ordered the pin code and the wrong pin code was given to me. Wrong only because I had given them the wrong info. I was able to get same day help by email by their tech support and a NEW pin code was kindly generated and with NO CHARGE! I dealt with honest people at this business!

This service appears to be a scam. I previously received a code from you that did not work. I have requested a refund several times but have not received any response. I also placed another request and was charged again, yet I never received a valid code or the service I paid for. This experience has been very disappointing, and it appears that I was charged for a service that was not delivered. I will reach out to my bank to have your business blacklisted.
