Best car sharing in czechia. Best cars. They don't spy on you like bolt drive does. You pay premium but its worth it.

The app has improved dramatically, and it has a good interface. Perhaps something could be made simpler, for example automatically switching from minutes to bundles or vice versa based on what's more convenient. Also, it would be nicer if the reporting mechanism were within the app instead of on an external page. So far I'm happy with the service and the customer service has been very helpful.

The registration process lacks transparency. My account was rejected without any explanation or justification, and no information was provided on the criteria used for acceptance. This creates an unprofessional user experience and makes it difficult to trust the service. Due to the absence of clear communication, I decided to uninstall the application.

When you want to extend the package, they allow you to select another package, but charge you not for the 1 + 2nd packages, but for another bigger package. And there is no any Information about it In the app. And they are covering this bug by some unclear description of this package extension only in T&C.

The 10k rip-off upon registration is annoying but what is more annoying is your lies! You wasted my time going through the entire registration process and on every stage you specified that my fee is 0 czk. I sent you my personal data and only then you sent me email demanding 10000 czk for completion. Screw you
