Love the app it has saved me tons of money. Because I work for Instacart I got a discount from them plus I just got the Car Advise. So I only pay $15.00 for an oil change.

Some of the services aren't available at Firestone, and they let you schedule them. Best to call the shop first to see if they do things like clutches or timing belts before scheduling through the app. I find that Pep Boys is more robust for bigger jobs. The price quoted through Car Advise is competitive and the 10% discount with the premier service is well worth the $2 service fee every month. As a Turo host, having my cars managed through an app like Car Advise makes planning for repairs easy!

I have only had good experiences with car advise, the app is user-friendly, and customer service is always helpful and great. To Customers: 1) The shops do not know what we pay. 2) Depending on where you're scheduling your Apts may be the reason your Apts are being canceled. Find a shop in a decent area that is clean and has great customer service. 🙌🏽 🌻🙂

Update-dropping stars as app has not been working for at least abweek. Best Car Maintenance discount app. It has saved me $$$. Their customer service is great too. They will pair you with a repair shop and intervene if you have problems.

I got 4 tires replace, after 1 month 1 of my tires pinch by a screw, I have to pay that replacement tire, car advise don't do warranty, that's why im done with car advise, good luck

I downloaded the app just to be able to review Car Advise. I never used the app. Car Advise is terrible. All l wanted was an oil change. My appointments were always canceled at the last moment by the shops. The shops aren't interested in doing an oil change for $11 and do whatever they can to avoid the work. I tried to get my oil changed for a month. I gave up. I canceled Car Advise, paid the shop full price, and was done in 20 minutes. Using Car Advise was a huge waste of time.
