Caramel: Car Checkout Platform

Caramel is designed for private party buyers & sellers. Buyers can find the used car they want to buy anywhere and sellers can list their used car for sale anywhere. Then use Caramel for the sale. We handle all of your DMV work and paperwork, transfer payment securely and verify the other party is who they say they are.

When you checkout with Caramel, we offer optional financing from top banks, insurance, mechanical breakdown protection, delivery and a free digital inspection, all in the app. It's easy to see a quote or rate for any option or skip past them all.

COMPATIBLE WITH ANY PRIVATE SALE
Caramel is not a marketplace or vehicle listing site. That means buyers can find a car anywhere and sellers can advertise their car for sale anywhere. Popular sites where buyers & sellers find each other before using Caramel to checkout include: Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, Bring a Trailer, Autotrader, CarGurus, Cars & Bids, and many more.

GOODBYE DMV LINE
We handle all title & paperwork, saving you headaches & hours at the DMV.

NEVER SEND CASH OR WIRES TO A STRANGER
Payment is digital, secure, & traceable. We hold money in escrow until the car & title are delivered, so buyers know they’ll get what they’ve paid for & sellers know they’ll get paid fast.

NO PRESSURE, LOTS OF OPTIONS
Buyers can add financing, vehicle protection, insurance, & delivery in a tap or click.

EVERYONE'S VERIFIED, EVEN THE CARS
With multiple layers of identity verification technology & biometrics, we authenticate each buyer & seller. Once verified, buyers & sellers view premium third-party vehicle history and specification reports. So you know everything you can about who you're dealing with and the vehicle being sold.

Use Caramel to checkout and see how we put the party back in private party.
